lithium niobate thin films (LNOIs) on insulators have been widely
developed with the help of advanced micro-nano processing
techniques. In the future, high-performance LNOI materials will
support the further development of LNOI-based micro-nano optics,
integrated photonics, and microwave photonics. The preparation of
high-performance LNOI materials will be an important step in the
industrial application of lithium niobate optoelectronic devices.
Features

excellent nonlinear optical properties, capable of generating
second harmonics (SHG) and optical parametric amplification (OPA).
