About Sapphire Wafer
Sapphire wafer is an important material widely used in
semiconductor, optoelectronic and LED manufacturing.
Sapphire wafer has excellent physical and chemical properties, such
as high hardness, excellent thermal conductivity and good optical
transmittance, especially in the ultraviolet to near-infrared band.
